Black Cat Bindery is not responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty and we are not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit. If the product is faulty, please call us before returning any goods. In the unlikely event that we have made an error or you receive a faulty product we will refund the cost of the item as well as postage upon receipt of the returned goods. Please make sure that all items are packed well as damaged goods will not be refunded.
