Shipping and Returns
We ship worldwide – delivery will be calculated during checkout for your order.
As all our products are individually made by hand and to order we do not except returns unless the product is damaged or faulty. We are not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit but always use a reportable courier or postal service. Each item will be trackable so loss during transit is very rare . If you have any issue at all, please call or email us before returning any goods. In the unlikely event that we have made an error or you receive a faulty product we will refund the cost of the item as well as postage upon receipt of the returned goods. Please make sure that all items are packed well as damaged goods will not be refunded. We cannot accept any product back outside of the 30 day policy. Customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are beyond our control. Please get in touch before returning any item and we will endeavour to resolve any issues speedily.
